Project: Adapting a disused factory into co-working space | Project Area: 500 ㎡ | Location: Galway | Design type: Concept
WeWork Galway is an innovative project that repurposed a deserted factory in the heart of Galway into an inviting and motivating coworking space.
The Design presents a plan to repurposed existing industrial structures by merging their historical characteristics with modern design elements, resulting in an exceptional workspace. Our objective is to offer a forward-thinking and collaborative setting that nurtures creativity, connectivity, and community among WeWork members.
The design concept of WeWork Galway embraces the historical significance of an abandoned factory, showcasing its industrial heritage while incorporating modern elements to enhance the overall workspace experience. By combining raw industrial aesthetics with contemporary design, the space offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere for members to flourish
We have meticulously chosen the materials for WeWork Galway based on my design philosophy, aiming to seamlessly blend industrial heritage with modern aesthetics. The material sample board displays a curated selection of materials that create an atmosphere of authenticity, warmth, and innovation in the co working space.
Combining the building's industrial charm with the We Work concept creates a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Temporary design. This harmonious blend sets the tone for the entire workspace.
